Girls and Boys Prepare for Upcoming Seasons
The Boys and Girls gymnastics teams are busy preparing for their upcoming season. The compulsory (level 3-6) girls will start their season on August 27th at the Alabama Compulsory Judges Cup which will be hosted by the Armory Gymnastics Center. We know they have worked hard this Summer and will do well this year. The Boys team will start their season in November with a big meet in Tuscaloosa.
Meanwhile, the Cheer squads have gotten their routines and will spend the next few weeks shining up and preparing for their first competition which will be in Madison Alabama on October 30th. Good Luck to all of our young athletes and parents!

Start-of-the-Session Reminders
The Armory is excited to have the gym filled with eager gymnasts and cheerleaders who are ready to roll, leap and tumble. Here are just a few reminders for the Fall session:
- Make sure girl's hair is pulled back out of their face.
- Shoes are only allowed on the floor while cheerleading.
- No food or gum allowed on the floor.
- Be on time. Warm-ups are the most important part of the class.
- To to impress upon your child the importance of listening in class and remaining on the floor for the entire class.
- Drive slowly in the gym parking lot as we have very small children entering and exiting the gym at all times during the day.
